The staff was incredibly hospitable. The hotel was fairly clean. The room was well-equipped and quiet. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The views of the mountains were amazing.

Nice overall experience. Great and incredibly friendly hotel with free parking and beautiful location to opera. Location just off a massive mountain and a lake, and slopes. Amicable property employees all round. Great service overall. The pool was very clean, comfortable to sit around.

Ledge Rock At Whiteface is a great hotel set in a ski area with a massive mountain and a beautiful lake surrounded by trees showcasing magical colors. The location also offers many hiking trails, beautiful ponds and lakes, and excellent skiing. The local cuisine in the restaurant was greatly enjoyed.

I truly enjoyed the place and had a comfortable stay for the price. The hotel is in a stunning location, so close to many hiking trails, skiing at Whiteface Mountain, and high mountains. Additionally, it's close to everything. The double room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The staff were helpful and amicable all the time.
